A. Soon after I joined the company, I was entrusted with a big job even though I was a new graduate. I think I gained a sense of responsibility and the ability to complete major tasks through that job. The sense of accomplishment when a large water gate is installed in an empty place makes it all worthwhile.

A. In my previous job, I worked in quality assurance, but I wanted to be involved in manufacturing, so I decided to come to Murakami, which has a reputation for advanced technology. When I see the completed water gates, it feels rewarding, and I also feel that I should do my best to contribute to society through water gates.

A. Veteran employees will teach you the manufacturing techniques right from the start. I joined Murakami after studying machinery at a polytechnic college for two years, but I was overwhelmed by the craftsmen’s skills that I could actually see and experience firsthand in Murakami. I am glad that they are friendly to me, regardless of my age.

A. It feels rewarding when the production control and quality control systems I developed are highly evaluated. I feel glad that I could leave my mark on things. We sometimes receive orders that are difficult in terms of delivery time and quality, but we have a system in place where we can work together across departments, so everything goes smoothly.
